Events-based Text Similarity Computing

A large amount of research results have shown that the events exist in many texts.From the angle of semantics,texts are composed of events,and events are the basic semantic units for text representation.This paper presents the event-based text representation model,and then discusses the method of text similarity computing from the two sides of text type similarity and text content similarity.
