The Game Analysis of the Information Department's HumanResource Investment Decision Risks

The information department is a more special one,the utilization of the human resource determines directly its security.However,there are many uncertain factors in the investment of the human resource in Information department,which mainly include the purchasing and utilizing the human resource,if the Information department has no certainty of controlling the two links,it would sustain big losses.Based on the information game theory,this paper makes the game analysis of the information department's human resource investment decision risks,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures for restraining the human resource and reducing the risks of the information department.
