A Study of the Management and Utilization of Dissertations in Academic Libraries

The paper first analyzes the current situation of the collection,management and utilization of dissertations in academic libraries,and then points out the drawbacks of the libraries' work.The author offers some recommendations on what strategies should be adopted in the future to implement the standardization of the management of dissertations.
