Study of Measures Hierarchy of Evaluating Under-controlled Network System

Jiankang Yang · Journal of Institute of Command and Technology · 2004

Network Cybernetics breaks a new way to solve the problems of security existing in computer networks. Network Cybernetics is a totally new subject based on control theory and computer network, and the conception of under-controlled network is coming from it. Choosing the proper measures hierarchy is critical to evaluate the effectiveness of under-controlled network. The paper presents the measures hierarchy of evaluating the under-controlled network from three different aspects: the storage, usage and transportation of the information in the under-controlled network, and presents the primary method of evaluating the under-controlled network that integrates the qualitative, quantitative and experiential methods. All the works provide a base for evaluating the under-controlled network.
