Research and design of a platform to retrieve and transmit medical images

Combined with the DICOM standard and PACS,the technologies about how to acquire and transmit the medical images and how to store them were analyzed in detail.The related application programs were written by using DCMTK and VC2005 and a platform was built to realize it.The functions of medical images acquisition,transmission and storage were realized.The implementation of this platform makes the clinical process easier and faster.
