Mixed Programming of JAVA and MATLAB and Its Application

JAVA and MATLAB programming have their own advantages and disadvantages.The combination of them for mixed programming can develop the advantages and make up the disadvantages in single programming.A method to use MATLAB in JAVA through JNI technology is introduced and its applicatied in quantum cryptography communication.
