There are many deficiencies in the performance of the SSL.It costs too much system resource because of its large numbers of encryption and decryption operations, and a tremendous impact on the performance of the server.Aimed at this problem, this paper proposes a rebalancing SSL handshake. The improved SSL handshake requires client to help server handle decryption,to take full advantage of client's waiting time, and to speed up the server's transaction. The using of the Chinese Remainder Theorem(CRT) on server makes the decryption more quickly. At last, the Chinese Remainder Theorem(CRT) used on server can make the decryption more quickly by testing with the OpenSSL,open-source software.Tests show when the key length 1024bit,decryption speed of the improved algorithm is improved about 8 times, and the use of system resource is improved at a certain extent.
