Data configuration management in software development of a mineral deposit simulation system

Generality, practicability, compatibility and extensibility have become almost a must in the software development of a mineral deposit modeling system. Based on the design pattern of MVC, this paper uses XML to generate configuration files as the controlling unit employed by the routines dynamically during the running of the application, thus the data configuration management can be achieved dynamically and the common problems exited in the development of a mineral deposit modeling system are solved.
