The Relevance and Condition Conductive Probability of Random Affair-element

Firstly,based on the discussion of relevance and independence of the random affair-element,the author put forward the concept of condition random affair-element.And secondly,the concept of condition conductive probability is also given based on the studying of conductive probability of random affair-element and condition random affair-element.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the application in solving contradiction problems by conductive probability and condition conductive probability.
