Zhi Jie Sun · Computer Engineering and Science · 2001
High performance switches and routers often use a crossbar as an internal switch fabric.A center scheduler is very important for a crossbar.ISP(Input Serial Polling)is a simple scheduling algorithm with high performance. This paper introduces the implementation of ISP scheduler in detail.
