Decoys is one of important measures of the ballistic missile penetration,Through analyzing influence factors of the hidden really and fake ability to establish evaluation index system and the model.To evaluate the decoys effectiveness according to the characteristics of multiple attribute decision making method based on information entropy weights and applying the fuzzy membership functions quantitative targets properties,then for missile penetration mission planning to provide decision support.
