Objective:To know the mechnism and clinical characteristic of Angiotension System and Antagonist;Method:Reviewing the literature on Angiotension System and Antagonist in and abroad,then making the conclusion;Results:At present the development of Antagonists of Angiotension receptors revealed the mechanism of Angitension System from the level of cell moleculars;Conclusion:Antagonist of Angiotension receptors can improve the effect of cerebrocardiac vascular diseases.
