According to recent situation of control point data management in practicalness,to tendency and to actual requirement,this essay investigates the organization and input of system data based on MapInfo,based on hard and soft facilities of the computer,based on the technology of GIS,at the same time,this essay puts forward to radical conceptions and methods of the management system of control measurement data.
