A remark on deep holes of Reed-Solomon codes

Cheng and Murray in 2007 conjectured that a received word u of Reed-Solomon codes is a deep hole if and only if deg(u) = k.Recently Li and Wan partially confirmed the conjecture from the polynomial codes' point of view.In this note the authors obtained some new results about deep holes of the standard Reed-Solomon codes.
