Modified structure similarity algorithm in ontology mapping

Conceptual structure is important to similarity in the process of ontology mapping.This paper proposes a modified conceptual structure similarity algorithm against no distinguishing conceptual relations and no considering weight of adjacent nodes'similarity spread.By distinguishing between hierarchical relations and no hierarchical relations and calculating adjacent node contribution rate as weight of similarity,it improves mapping performance.The experiment shows that the algorithm is viable.
