An improved dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm in EPON

Improve the classic EBA algorithm and bring up N-EBA algorithm using the idle time to transfer date effectively: adopt EARLY GATE mechanism to authorize appropriate ONU early between the idle time,then authorize the remaining ONU according to EBA algorithm.The simulation result shows that N-EBA al-gorithm possesses fine average packet delay and higher bandwidth utilization.
