Software application has become wider and the size and complexity has been ever increasing.Secur-ity flaws and vulnerabilities in the software are growing.Software security problems have become increasingly pr-ominent.Source code security is the foundation of software security,so the security testing of the source code bec-ome one of the most powerful measures to ensure the safety of software.The main content of the source code sec-urity testing and basic concepts is designated.The software security testing methods and testing tool based on the source code are discussed.The view about the selection of testing methods and tools is proposed.
