Stripe noise is the important factor that affects the Modis quality of an image and retrieving precision. In frequency region, the expression is mixed with the composition information of low frequency and high frequenc y. According to the regularity and reason that stripe noise forms, as well as analyze the frequency spectra of an image carry out Fourier transform. Compare some kinds of methods on removing stripe noises and its limitation. Put forward neighboring-region interpolation algorithm, program realizes automatic location noise stripes, carry out interpolation handling. At the last, obtain better remove noises effect, and retain the detail features of images.
