The Fourth Party Logistics Operating Platform(FPLOP),as an inevitable production in the information era,plays a vitally important role in logistics operation.Though analyzing in the domestic development of the FPLOP in recent years,it is worthwhile to describe a general process in the construction of the FPLOP depend on the example of Nanjing.
