Study on Communication Virtual Service System Based on Multi-agent

In this paper,in view of the problems of the support system of the communication services,we studied the structure of the communication virtual service system,analyzed in depth the operational situation of virtual services in the current stage,established the architectural structure of the communication virtual service system based on multi-agent and ontology,and then elaborated on the future direction of studies on this subject.
