Application of Association Rules Mining in Medical Diagnosis

Association rules mining is one of the important contents in data mining.In this paper,association rules mining is applied to the case diagnosis in hospital to find out the association of factors from volums of case recordings.Mining association rules from gastric carcinoma diagnosis database is to discover the relation between environment,diet custom,inherits factors and the occurrence and the diagnosis of the gastric carcinoma.The rule schema has important guiding significance to diagnose and prevent from gastric carcinoma.
