Power equipments defect management system is the secondary developing item of Huanghua Power Supply Bureau,the system mainly based on the requirement of State Power information automation,and combining with the practical demand of Huanghua power supply bureau which requires the information management possesses the character of intelligentizing and automatization,through utilizing MIS technical principle and share resources,the system develops by using Powerbuilder language and based on Oracle 8i,The paper indicates the existed problem of the original system,and the improving scheme,as well as introduces the system managing flow after the upgrade and the function realization,and how to use MIS technology to prosecute the power equipments defect closed management,thus realizes the standard and intelligent management of power equipments defect series flow in Huanghua power supply bureau.
