Strategy of Order Relation Scheduling on Mobile Value-added Service Platform

It is still a problem how to design a scheduling strategy according to market and corporation situation,which lacks of substantially research.This paper firstly introduces some basic strategies followed by some advanced strategies.Then it designs an integrated scheduling strategy based on AHP analyzing method,hoping it provides a preferable solution to selecting content provider when customers order services.
