CFD Used in TD Location System of Passive Radar

The common types and theory of timing discriminator used in time measurement system is introduced in this paper,along with the time walking caused by variations in amplitude and rise time of the input signals.The CFD(Constant Fraction Discriminator),which can avoid the time walking of amplitude,is described in detail,and it is modified for use in passive Radar system.
