Study on Designing a Wisdom Campus Based on the Education Cloud

After years of development,the education information resources sharing system has achieved its initial results,but also meeting many difficulties. Facing the education cloud that is characteristic ofcommon construction,sharing and win- win,the establishment of a scientific,reasonable campus of wisdom becomes the effective means to break through the obstacle. It can improve the efficiency of resource utilization and reduce energy consumption. However,in the process of this construction,we are still confronted with many problems involving technology,policy,standard,law and so on,all of which need our efforts to straighten out their relationships and solve them accordingly.
