Implement of the Sewage Outlet Management and the Forecast of Water Quality Information System Based on ArcGIS Engine

The sewage outlet management and water quality prediction information system is based on ArcGIS Engine.This article,which begins from the claim of regional water environment management,introduces the development process of the system.In this paper,the aim,structure and main function of the system is introduced briefly and the system realization is expatiated from the foundation of the database and the implement of the functions of the data management subsystem,the sewage outlet management subsystem and the forecast of water quality subsystem.
