Legal Assessment of the Theoretical Conceptions of Computer and Cyber Crime

As the development of network technology changes people's lives,it also pushes computers and cyber-crime to the focus of attention.Description and contrastive analysis of the concepts of computer and cyber crimes defined by scholars at home and abroad reveal that,under the current social environment,the distinction between computer crime and cyber-crime is no longer typical.Based on this analysis,this article holds that concepts of the computer crime and cyber crime should be unified.
