Mixed decentralized supervisory control of discrete event systems

Wang Fei · Control theory & applications · 2005

The synthesis of mixed decentralized supervisory control is investigated.Firstly,a closed, controllable and δ_observable (hδ_observable) language is proposed as the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a solution to the synthesis of state feedback (with partial state_observation).And a necessary and sufficient condition that ensures the existence of mixed decentralized supervisor is given by a global constraint which is closed, controllable and n_coobservable.Moreover,a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of pure decentralized supervisor(decentralized controller) is shown by a closed, controllable and δ_observable (n_hδ_observable) language. Finally, by presenting a relation between global constraints and mixed ones,a sufficient condition obtained for the existence of mixed decentralized supervisor is that the language which is close, observable and controllable and the predicate which is observable and controllable are both satisfied.
