Study on Decision-making Model and Calculation Method of Logistics Chain Selection based on Multigraph

In order to solve the problem of selecting optimal logistics chain determined by characteristics of logistics chain,a decision-making model for selection of logistics chain based on multigraph is put forth.After discussing the structure features of logistics chain,in case of costs for logistics nodes and paths occur,the decision-making model is established with alternative logistics nodes and paths based on multigraph topology. Since the Dijkstra calculation is restricted by weight problem for nodes in multigraph,the model makes some progress through changing multigraph into simple graph in a virtual way and decomposing the weight of nodes, therefore,the original problem is solved as the shortest path of simple graph.Finally,an example is showed to prove the feasibility of the decision-making model of logistics chain selection for small scale logistics.
