Realizing Off-campus Access to Library’s Electronic Resources

The library has the massive electronic information resources. These resources can be accessed only within the campus because of the intellectual property protection and the security problem. Teachers and students hope these resources can be accessed not only within the campus,but also outside the campus. This paper introduces the problem of realizing off-campus access to library’s electronic resources by using the VPN server internally installed in Windows2003.
