Synthetic Approach to Fuzzy Prediction and Allocation for Aero-Power Plant Mission Reliability

The function for judging the real value of a Vague value is defined based on the intuitionistic property of Vague sets, thus giving a method for determining the fuzzy grade of membership by the aid of the defined function. The fuzzy decision-making approach predicts the mission reliability of aero-power plants in conceptual design phase by experts′ opinions if the above method is applied to the theory of the fuzzy synthetic assessment. According to the prediction results and the concept of proportional and combinational allocation, the mission reliability index is allocated with respect to the series system model equivalent to the model of aero-power plant mission reliability, and then the index of the redundant section in the equivalent model is apportioned to each unit of the section.
