Study up Application of EPON to Complex Safety Information Network in the Coal Mine

Describes the structure,principles and characteristics of EPON network.It is able to solve the cascade problems in the underground traditional network.Its passive nature makes itself completely to avoid the electromagnetic interference of exterior device,to reduce failure rate,and to improve reliability.Furthermore,EPON is able to realize the seamless communication of underground monitor network with surface local area network,fairly solve the problems of communicating distance,speed,cost and safety underground.
