Because action can not describe the objective situation,it has no truth value.Therefore,we can not combine basic actions into compound actions by using the propositional connectives.Modal of action or modal of will is different from propositional modal,whose operator pluses action can constitute the modal proposition of action.Logic of action studies the relationship among modal propositions of actions.It is certain that the relationship referred here can happen to many player in games.
