Short Designated Verifier Signature Scheme Based on Self-certified Cryptosystem

This paper proposes a short designated verifier signature scheme based on self-certified cryptosystem.Compared with other designated verifier signature schemes,this one takes the advantage of self-certified cryptosystem,without explicit authentication to public key by certificate and the key escrow problem.Since the signature’s size is short,it is particularly useful in circumstance where bandwidth is limited.
