Design and performance test of Gateway in computerized maintenance management system

According to the requirements of power plant conditional maintenance,a detailed system structure of CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management System) is designed based on LiKong Configuration platform and combined with PI and Oracle databases.As most of the data needed by the conditional maintenance system are from the PI-database of power plant supervisory information system,the Gateway between PI-database and LiKong real-time database is the key factor of system performance.It is developed based on the API of PI-database and the ActiveX of LiKong Platform,using VC / C++,and its structure is optimized.Its limit test shows that,it meets the requirements of conditional maintenance system for system performances.
