The Research of Assessing the Computer System Productivity for a Certain Kind of Tasks

According to the computation capability,efficiency,availability and cost,we describe a new general productivity metric in HPC applications that addresses how the missions are finished.The number of the large computing problem in a given science area is finity,and they usually need to be finished in a period of time,we present a productivity metric and method to assess whether a computer satisfied the user's computation demand.
