The Realization of Accurate Frame-Editing in Non-linear Editing System Based on MPEG-2

The video-data of MPEG-2 has its own technological rules. If we want to realize the accurate frame-editing in non-linear editing system based on MPEG-2, a suitable algorithm must be adapted. According to MPEG-2 technological rules, this paper analyses the meaning of the accurate frame-editing, and based on an concrete algorithm, the author analyzes the way that the operation of general deletion and insertion is realized.
