TV image encryption /de-encryption with symmetrical full-frame line scrambling

This paper introduces a kind of method and apparatus for encryption/decryption of television sig-nal.The encryption apparatus exchanges the video information portion of TV horizontal line per frame by pseudo random sequence which is stored in ROM beforehand,obtaining encrypted standard TV signal which content can't be understood.The decryption apparatus works with the same way as the encryption apparatus,retrieves o-riginal video information.The pseudorandom sequence is symmetrical.A pair of encryption/decryption apparatus are same absolutely.[
