Interaction logic between farmers and grassroots government on the process of the resettlement in the disaster: A case study in the L Village

Under the framework of the state-society, based on the case study of the process of the resettlement in the disaster in the L village of Jiangxi province, the results show that the relation between farmers and the grassroots government is cooperation or the boycott in cooperation rather than opposition. Relationship between the grassroots government and the farmers is affected by different kind of action logic, and the interests is the interactive logic of farmer's cooperation or boycott with the government, and the strategy of grassroots government coping with farmers is a obey supervisor logic.
