An Algorithm for Coding of High Digital Audio

An enhanced DCT algorithm with real time characteristics is put forward; and a coding algorithm of high quality is obtained by combining the enhanced DCT and a hybrid filter bank. The proposed coding algorithm improves the adaptability of the filtering transform block length, the filtering properties produced by which are more analogous to that of humans' ears.
