Information barter between microprocessor and outside is intitule communication,serial communication can be accomplished by the serial port of microprocessor .This paper introduces the train of thoughts and approaches of serial communication of Data access transmission equipment's test port named CBDA T5 which are researched and developed by both of Chongqing university of Posts Telecommunications multimedia communication technology institute and Chongqing Bridge communication technology Co.Ltd.
