Method of tool path generation based on measured data directly adapt to the developing trend of rapid manufacturing,has the feature of simply operation,stabilizing calculation and processing efficiency.Obtaining model of point cloud on ATOSII,this paper discuss the primary problem,such as data pre-processing,dividing point cloud into slice directly,the contour data extraction,cutting area identification and tool path arrangement etc.
