This paper introduce the present situation of the software development,point out the important functions using new ideas in software making ,and based on the analysing on traditional theory of software making,considering the example at home and abroad,further more reveals the importances of bringing forth new ideas in software making,and gives out a lot of suggestions and ways how to bring forth new idea.
