Study on Algorithm of Cell Coverage Radius in GSM-R

With the requirement of the application of GSM-R in Chinese railways,calculated network coverage has captured considerable attention.In terms of the present situation of Chinese railways in combination with the technology of the GSM-R network,we study forward the algorithm of the calculated cell coverage radius in GSM-R.This paper mainly introduces the algorithm by three facets:academic analysis,the conditions which have been obtained and the algorithm of calculation.The algorithm considers a lot of factors affecting the cell coverage radius adequately,and analyzes in RF-budget detailed.
