Problems and Solution for Difficulty of Environmental Protection Law Enforcement

The difficulty in environmental law enforcement was described from system,law enforcement and proficiency.It should straighten out environmental law enforcement system and create a harmonious enforcement environment.From source of the law implementation,it was necessary to build up the complete system of environmental law in order to improve it.Environmental enforcement capabilities enhanced by improving the quality of the law-enforcement staff and increasing technical equipment.According to practical needs of sustainable development,government should break through existing environmental law enforcement mode to establish various forms of open system controlled by Environmental Protection Bureau.The difficult situation of environmental law enforcement would fundamentally be changed.
