Problem Readers and Management Strategy in the Library

Problem readers are the special readers who break the law or get out of line or create a disturbance in the library.They can be divided into the criminal style、the illegal style,and the disturbed style according to the principle of the nature and degree,crisis management and maneuverability.The management strategy,which the paper discusses on problem readers in the library,is to strengthen management awareness,improve service quality and management level,create a collaborative management mechanism,prepare crisis management guides and so on.
