Intelligent Product Quotation System Based on Multi-Agent Knowledge Integrated Model

The process of product quotation is a critical and complex knowledge work in many companies which needs to synthesize various information and knowledge. Traditionally, the pattern of quotation based on the power of man could not insure the veracity and timeliness of quotation. This paper purposes an intelligent product quotation system (IPQS) based on the multi-agent knowledge integrated model. IPQS applies the technologies of web searching and intelligent reasoning to produce a product quotation. An application on an optical product proves the efficiency of IPQS.
