Market Demand and the Development Trend of Printing Rollers

Printing rubber roller is an important component essential for printing operation.Along with the rapid development of the printing industry,printing presses continue to improve and introduce new,high quality of the supporting rollers,and raise a new challenge of high-performance,high-speed operation of the printing rubber rollers.There are few large-scale rubber roller factories with high technical level in China.Most manufacturers are in a small scale,with low level of technology,and lack of equipment.Therefore,the rubber rollers produced are mostly on middle and low level.They can only be used with the middle and low level printing presses.Actually,China's rubber roller manufacturing industry must speed up the upgrading of technology.The enterprises should be reorganized and focus on the research of technology,equipment,and new materials.They should work hard and strive to create high-speed,high-performance,environmentally friendly printing rubber rollers matching with the world high-end printing presses,and make a world famous brand.
