The least-squares solutions of inverse problems of generalized skew-symmetric matrices are discussed,and the general expression of the solution is obtained.Moreover,for the special cases of the least-squares problems problem,the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability are given.the optimal approximation solution for generalized skew-symmetric matrices is given.
