Study on Problem of Deadlock of Supply Chain Linkages Based on Colored Petri Net

The linkages connecting upstream and downstream enterprises play important roles in distribution.In practice,linkages are composed of vehicles and warehouses,so organization of resources must be involved in the problems of linkages.And effective utilization of resources is required.According to the problem of linkages,a model on supply chain based on colored Petri net is developed in this paper,and the linkage supporting resources and the relationships among them are analyzed with the model employed and enable constraints introduced.The problem of stoppage of linkages caused by deadlock of resources under certain demand conditions is analyzed through establishing the model of supply chain based on software of CPN Tools,and the policies of deadlock avoidance are put forward in terms of concrete scenarios.Deadlock of linkages and its effects to related indexes of supply chain are also discussed with some thoughts putting forward in the end of the paper.
